Werner & Mertz chose Design Plus for the Design & Build of their new offices located in the Nivaxis Parc in Nivelles and based on the concept "Clean Environment Connected Office". The mission also includes an in-depth study in "Change Management" as well as assistance to the real estate research of the new location.
Werner & Mertz is established since 1971 and is known as the pioneer in integrally sustainable high performing, cleaning and sanitizing products for professional sectors such as : horeca, healthcare, food, lodging and cleaning services.
